purchase these companies and their established customer bases and product
sources is substantial. Albeit most are not as technically savvy as MAS with as
long of a history, the synergies of business are such that centralized growth
benefits could be monumental. Also, it is difficult to sell such businesses to
anyone outside of the industry for technical reasons and relationships as well.
With the future ad vent of the MAS automated inventory software for
cyberspace, acquisitions can be acquired almost seamlessly and can allow for
additional growth possibilities.
Although this is not the current focus for MAS growth, it is to be carefully
considered as opportunities present themselves for participation.
