Growth Opportunities
MAS is positioned to grow organically as well as through additional resources
when provided.  Business is relatively easy to come by both for strategic purchases
of inventory as well as for end users.  This holds true both on a retail basis as well
as a wholesale basis.  Many larger customers who continue to expand installations
overseas have ongoing orders with MAS for specialty components.

The initial focus is to integrate additional technology that will allow for minimal
employee requirements for whole sale business expansion.  Subsequent to this,
high traffic, stand alone locations for point of purchase sales with a common supply
theme using the MAS central location in Orem will be key.

Because MAS has a long history of success and related entities that have enjoyed
geometric success, the growth curve for MAS should be steep and swift.  The initial
target growth will result in short order and profits will tend to be considerably higher
than that of new computers and components.

The key to MAS initial success is by virtue of inventory expansion and nominal
internal
support costs.  Exclusive of potential acquisition opportunities, MAS would
ideally look to
expand inventory stocks to $3-5million in the next 12 months allowing
for profits in the same
amount using previously achieved sales volumes prior to the
leveraged buyout limiting
inventory supplies.
